Company History

Early in his career, as a sales representative for a leading telecommunications company, InfoPlus founder Walter Karopczyc witnessed first-hand how starved the corporations he visited were for accurate and easy-to-obtain information about their own communication systems.  The industry on the whole provided few, if any, information tools to help IT/Communications personnel manage their telecom infrastructures effectively.

In response, in 1990 Mr. Karopczyc established Bristol Capital, Inc. and the InfoPlus suite of information services to address those needs.  Together with Co-Chairman Laurie S. Mandy, Mr. Karopczyc has for over 20 years now, helped businesses using Avaya and Nortel communication systems measure their performance, manage telecom assets, properly document systems, assess security threats and secure critical system data from loss or disaster.

Headquartered in northern New Jersey, InfoPlus is today the premier provider of management information for Avaya and Nortel users.  Approximately 20% of the North American marketplace uses the InfoPlus suite of information tools and InfoPlus proudly counts the largest communications vendors as customers.  The company has 'touched' over 40,000 communication systems worldwide, and over 25% of Fortune 500 companies benefit from InfoPlus services.
