If you have not been provided with a login ID and password for InfoPlus Online Services Portal (or if you're having problems logging on), you can still view your InfoPlus Reports online using the Web Security Code that was assigned to your specific customer site. The Web Security Code will allow you to view InfoPlus SourceBooks, Site Surveys, Traffic Studies, Backups and Security Audits for a single Avaya or Heritage Nortel Communication Server.
Web Security Codes are reserved for enterprise user access. For easier access to your customer locations and to take advantage of additional customer management tools and utilities, we suggest that you utilize the InfoPlus Online Services Portal. InfoPlus Services are delivered in Portable Document Format (PDF), and require Adobe's Acrobat Reader software to view. This software is available free of charge from Adobe for most popular platforms. With the Acrobat Reader Plug-in installed in your browser, your InfoPlus reports will appear right in your browser window. Otherwise, just open the downloaded PDF documents with Acrobat Reader to view them.
