InfoPlus Launches Change Management Reporting for Avaya IP Office
August 15, 2016
InfoPlus, a leading provider of data analytics and communication management solutions for Avaya products, is pleased to announce new enhancements to the company's SourceBook for IP Office.
The latest SourceBook update introduces the industry's first and only "Change Management" reporting capability for IP Office. Available for IP Office Standard and Server Editions, the new report identifies programming changes to IP Office configuration that have been performed since the last completed SourceBook, enabling users and Avaya partners to track changes over time in a single report.
