InfoPlus, a service of Bristol Capital, Inc., announces a change in ownership. Howard Mertz, a 30-year veteran of the IT and telecommunication industries, has become the new President of the company. Walter, Laurie and Brett Karopczyc will remain with Bristol Capital in their current roles through the end of 2017 to ensure a smooth transition.
