InfoPlus® Services Selected by Aura Alliance

InfoPlus is pleased to announce that the largest Avaya-endorsed alliance in the world, the Aura Alliance, has selected the InfoPlus Services portfolio as an official addition to its range of telecommunication services. Under the new partnership, over 50 Avaya-credited Aura Alliance member organizations operating in more than 90 countries will now have direct access to the full suite of InfoPlus communication management reports and analytical tools for the Avaya Communication Manager and CS1000 platforms. Alliance members can now purchase InfoPlus Services directly from the Aura Alliance at a significant discount.
Aura Alliance members around the world can now use InfoPlus Services to help streamline business processes, create market differentiation, add value to customer engagements and generate new streams of maintenance revenue. For Alliance enterprise clients, InfoPlus Services help reduce operational costs, improve service and provide the insight necessary to make faster, more informed business decisions about their Avaya infrastructure.
