InfoPlusĀ® and TELUS Partner to Provide TELUS GuardianService

InfoPlus is pleased to announce it has partnered with leading telecommunications provider TELUS to deliver an enhanced voice maintenance support service - TELUS GuardianService, to all Avaya and legacy Nortel voice maintenance customers. Under the terms of this agreement, TELUS customers will receive a quarterly Site Survey, SourceBook, a full System Backup, and access to the TELUS Online Portal as a part of their ongoing maintenance services.
Delivered as a fully hosted solution, TELUS GuardianService will provide to all voice maintenance customers a premier collection of information management solutions, covering the key functional areas of Inventory, Configuration and Backup. In providing these services, TELUS affirms their commitment to provide customers with valuable tools and information for proactive management of their communication infrastructure.
