InfoPlus® and Transcend United Technologies Announce Partnership

InfoPlus is excited to announce a partnership with Avaya Platinum Partner – Transcend United Technologies - to provide InfoPlus communications management services to Transcend’s base of Avaya voice maintenance and managed services customers throughout the United States.

Under the new agreement, Transcend will provide an annual InfoPlus Site Survey, Manufacturer Support Analysis and SourceBook to its customers with a maintenance contract on their Avaya enterprise communication systems. Transcend’s customers will also have access to other valuable InfoPlus Services - including Traffic Studies, Security Audits and GuardianService - at significant discounts. Overall, InfoPlus Services will enable Transcend United to reduce support costs through process streamlining while providing enterprise users with hosted services that meet their needs for ongoing system management and administration.
