InfoPlusĀ® and Altura Communication Solutions Announce Partnership

InfoPlus is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Altura Communication Solutions - an Avaya Platinum Business Partner and a leading provider of communication-enabled solutions and managed services to enterprises - to provide enhanced services for its nationwide Avaya and Nortel enterprise customers.
Under the new agreement, InfoPlus Services will serve as the foundation of the Altura Sentinel Point Services portfolio, a package of managed services designed to help enterprise users manage their Avaya and Nortel voice infrastructure. Sentinel Point Services will offer users insight into the major areas of communications management, including Inventory, Configuration, Performance, Backup, and Security. Sentinel Point Services will also incorporate InfoPlus' consultative, targeted action items and relevant system recommendations, which will give Avaya users the system intelligence they need to identify risk, reduce costs, minimize downtime and improve service.
