InfoPlus® and Smart IP Announce Partnership

InfoPlus is pleased to announce a partnership with Smart IP, Canada’s leading independent voice and data specialist - to deliver new, enhanced voice maintenance and implementation support services for its Avaya maintenance customers.

Under the new agreement, a comprehensive system audit - including the InfoPlus Site Survey, Manufacturer Support Analysis and SourceBook - will be provided to select Smart IP Avaya and Nortel maintenance customers on an annual basis. In addition, Smart IP customers will also have access to other advanced communication management tools that address Performance, Security, SIP Session Management and Disaster Recovery to help them better manage their infrastructure. By incorporating InfoPlus services into their maintenance offering, Smart IP will give tremendous value to their customers, as well as support its maintenance renewal and implementation processes.
